In this 5-minute class, coach Bhaskar Goswami will guide you through a love and awareness meditation.

You can start the meditation seated either on the floor or on a chair. Sit straight up and rest your hands in your lap or at your sides. Tuck in your chin slightly to release the back of your neck. Gentle music plays in the background, and you can easily do this meditation any time of day.
