Distinct from mambo, salsa, bachata, cha-cha, rumba and other Afro-Caribbean Latin dance styles, merengue is both the music and dance of the Dominican Republic.

You will be introduced to easy-to-follow, low-impact merengue choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. No equipment is needed.  Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
