Learn step-by-step salsa moves from Griselle Ponce, a noted Latin dancer and choreographer. Research suggests that dancing can help counter anxiety and can be a powerful remedy to counteract depression. Come celebrate the joy of dancing with friends around the country. 

This class can be enjoyed with or without a partner and is an all-abilities lesson that does not require any exercise equipment. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.

About the instructor

Griselle Ponce is one of the world’s most recognized and decorated salsa artists and has toured the world while performing and teaching. She’s appeared in music videos with Jennifer Lopez, Ashanti, Kinito Méndez and Don Omar. She has also appeared in many festivals, performing for artists such as the late Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, La India, Victor Manuelle, Milly Quezada, Jose Alberto “El Canario,” Gilberto Santa Rosa and others.
