This 40-minute salsa class will get your endorphins flowing with its joyful rhythms and festive energy. Research shows that salsa classes improve your mood, counter anxiety and can be a powerful remedy to counteract depression. This class is designed for people of all abilities and does not require exercise equipment. It can be enjoyed with or without a partner. Participants will be guided by Griselle Ponce, one of the top female Latin dancers and choreographers in the world.
