In a world in which we're living longer than our ancestors, many of us are choosing to work longer. But as we age we're more discerning as to how our work feeds our sense of meaning and purpose. In this panel, Daybreaker cofounder and CEO Radha Agrawal joins Chip Conley, the founder and CEO of Modern Elder Academy (MEA) to discuss some of the most relevant insights about designing purposeful work and how these ideas relate to you.
During this engaging discussion, discover the three foundational components associated with healthy aging: purpose, community and wellness.
About Chip Conley
Chip Conley is an American hotelier, hospitality entrepreneur, speaker and New York Times best-selling author. His most recent book, Wisdom@Work: The Making of a Modern Elder (2018), details how at age 52, after selling his company, he started working for Airbnb as its head of global hospitality and strategy. In 2018, with Christine Sperber and Jeff Hamaoui, he cofounded Modern Elder Academy — billed as the world’s first midlife wisdom school — with the goal of helping people in their 40s, 50s and 60s reach their potential through MEA’s community of “empowered midlifers.”
