Let Go of Stress with this Body Movement Exercise Class from Daybreaker

Feel refreshed and aligned after a tutorial on how to use free-form dance to help improve breath work

This 38-minute free-form dance class incorporates a combination of breath work, self-expressive dance, spine lubrication, calisthenics, body tapping and chakra-opening movement, all of which can help you let go of stress and feel aligned.

This experience will be led by Radha Agrawal, the cofounder and CEO of Daybreaker and the creator of the D.O.S.E. method, which stands for dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins — four neurochemicals that are often referred to as “happy hormones.”

For this class, you don’t need any equipment — just a desire to dance.

AARP is collaborating with Daybreaker, a wellness-and-dance community, to offer D.O.S.E virtual classes. The classes will focus on yoga, meditation and dance.
