'AARP Author Conversation' with W. Bruce Cameron, Writer of 'A Dog's Courage'

Best-selling author joins journalist John Colapinto to talk life, writing and why everyone needs a dog

New York Times and USA Today best-selling author W. Bruce Cameron has loved dogs from a young age, and through his books and films, he has highlighted all the ways that canine companions are our best friends.

For this AARP Author Conversation episode, journalist and best-selling author John Colapinto spoke with Cameron, but the real star might have been Tucker, Cameron’s rescue dog, who appeared during the taping.

When asked if Tucker goes on book tours with Cameron, he says: “Tucker has been in a couple movies, so now he thinks he’s way too important to go on book tours!”
