Founded in 1997, Home Helpers is the nation’s leading senior-care franchise. The company specializes in non-medical and personal care and companionship for older people, new mothers, patients recovering from illness or injury, and individuals facing lifelong challenges. With a presence in more than 500 communities across North America, Home Helpers is actively seeking mature workers to join its mission to become the most trusted and respected provider of non-medical and personal care for older people.

Home Helpers services include companionship, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, bathing, dressing, feeding, errand services, and more. Home Helpers employees and caregivers are compassionate people who truly want to make a difference in the lives of those around them.

Home Helpers offers flexible part- and full-time schedules in a variety of senior care positions, from caregiving to transportation to office administration. No prior experience is necessary to be considered for employment. Home Helpers caregivers are extensively trained, bonded, and insured, and many employees participate in ongoing education in specialty care, including care for Alzheimer’s, dementia, Hospice, arthritis, mental challenges, and physical disabilities.
