Workplace Culture / Continued Opportunities: Employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for tuition reimbursement benefits, certification classes, external seminars and workshops and a mentorship program. All full- and part-time employees receive online training and in-house classroom training. Mature workers often serve as mentors to younger staff.

Health benefits for retirees pre-65 include individual and spouse medical and prescription drug coverage, vision and dental coverage, as well as the services of an employee assistance program (EAP). Individual and spouse medical coverage is offered to retirees age 65 and over.
