Saint Barnabas Health Care System offers training opportunities and alternate job assignments to senior nursing staff requiring sedentary work, and flexible work arrangements, modified work schedules, and reduced hours are offered to accommodate employees with unique needs. Financial incentives are offered to employees who complete biometric screenings, well-visits with primary care physicians and on-line health risk assessments by year end.
