The Massachusetts General Physicians Organization offers a monetary financial planning benefit once every five years to all benefit-eligible physicians for financial planning expenses. Financial planning is also offered through the employee assistance program (EAP), which hosts basic budgeting and home buying seminars, and provides personal financial sessions on-site.
