DentaQuest offers numerous dependent care benefits to its employees including on-site child care for children and grandchildren of employees, and on-site eldercare, as well as referral services and back-up care to assist with child care, grandchild care and eldercare. DentaQuest also offers employees a dependent care flexible spending program to assist in covering child care and eldercare expenses and a long-term care benefit is offered to employees and certain family members.

Workplace Culture / Continued Opportunities: Employees working 5 or more hours a week are offered the following learning and development programs: in-house classroom training, online training and certification classes. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a tuition reimbursement benefit. In addition, all employees are offered free classes at local learning institutions that provide Microsoft Office training and other technical course training.
