The secret to having a terrific interview lies with you and your ability to sell yourself. This video shows you how to research an employer, develop talking points that pitch your strengths and accomplishments, anticipate age-related questions and confidently respond to tough interview questions.
Networking to Get a Job
Successful networkers use a combination of in-person and online approaches to build relationships to find a job. This video explains how to expand your personal network, make new contacts and reactivate old ones. It also covers how to use major social online networks in your job search.
Updating Your Resume for the Job You Want
In today’s job market, it’s more important than ever to update and sharpen your resume so that is stands out in a crowd. This video shows you how to choose the right resume for the job, how to focus on accomplishments rather than job duties and how to deal with age, dates and employment gaps.
In addition to these new information-packed videos, there are a variety of free job tips and webinars to help people in their job search efforts.
