Full-time employees are eligible to move to part-time work on a permanent or temporary basis.
Opportunities for Retirees: Centegra currently has 17 retirees and an employee directly responsible for retiree relations. The health system stays connected with its retirees by inviting them to organization events and celebrations and by formally acknowledging employees on the occasion of their retirement. Ongoing services to retirees include access to financial-planning counseling and information and workshops and direct-mail information on wellness opportunities, screenings, and lectures sponsored by Centegra. Retirees can be Registry Associates, which gives them an option to work on an as-needed basis.
