The health system keeps in touch with retirees through employee mailings, the weekly newsletter, invitations to events, continued access to retirement information, and by formally recognizing employees on the occasion of their retirement. Retirees are eligible for temporary assignments, part-time work, and consulting and volunteer opportunities.
