This unique associates program, designed to recruit expert personnel, allows retired people the opportunity to work under contract with MEI Technologies while continuing to receive their retirement benefits from their former employers. This way, retirees can once again work in their fields, even on direct projects they worked on before retiring. The company maintains a roster of retirees who are available to work on temporary assignments, consulting projects, and in full- or part-time jobs. Again, the MEI Technologies Associates Program is focused on enabling retirees to come to work for MEI Technologies to share their expertise.
