Benefits/Alternative-Work Arrangements: FINRA offers full- and part-time employees alternative work arrangements including flex time, compressed work schedules, job sharing, telecommuting, and a formal phased retirement program. Full-time employees have the opportunity to move to part-time positions on a temporary or permanent basis.
Opportunities for Retirees: There are more than 300 FINRA retirees, and the organization works to ensure that they can receive the information and resourced that they require at any time. Retirees remain connected through regular communications and ongoing access to retirement planning workshops and information. Retirees have also been engaged for temporary, consulting, and part-time work.
Age of Workforce: Twenty percent of FINRA employees are ages 50+, with an average tenure of 13.4 years.
