Rising health care costs are forcing small businesses to make changes in the health care coverage they provide for employees, such as increasing employee contributions and deductibles. This telephone survey, conducted in March-April 2008, found that small businesses in Vermont have experienced increases in their health insurance premiums over the past several years and would be interested in enrolling in Catamount Health, a private health plan currently offered to uninsured individuals, if it were made available to them. … Back to Article
