But if you’ve got a finely honed sense of adventure, and you run regularly back home, why not take your first pass through a new city in jogging shoes and shorts? You’ll be surprised how much you can see in a day, and how good you’ll feel about any sweet reward you allow yourself at the end of the road. If you pass by something you like at 10 miles per hour, you can always return for a second visit.
