CLEAR, SR. (Coordinated Legal Education, Advice & Referral System)
A state-wide telephone based program of Northwest Justice Project offers free legal services for low-income people ages 60 and older at 1-888-387-7111.  For people younger than 65 there is CLEAR at 1-888-201-1014. Calls are answered by attorneys between the hours of 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
