The forums, presented in collaboration with The Brain Institute at the University of Utah, feature leading brain researchers who present the latest information on what is happening in the laboratories right now to improve people's lives.
Attendees learn how the brain changes with age, how to distinguish normal memory lapses from Alzheimer's disease, separating fact from fiction about brain enhancement drugs and supplements; prevention and treatment of brain disorders, and what we know about proven approaches to keeping the brain healthy. After the experts' presentations, there is ample time for a question and answer period.
A bonus session entitled "How to Avoid Becoming a Victim of Fraud," is also part of the morning's program which runs from 8:30 am – Noon. A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided.
The forums are free, but require registration.
