Problems with medication management are the primary reason that people can no longer live on their own. Everyone can use prescription and over-the-counter medications safely and effectively. If you are taking care of a friend, family member who takes multiple prescriptions, there are ways for you to help the person better track and manage their medications.
Rx Snapshot is a simple and easy way to record medications on a special form. It also provides tips and ideas on encouraging effective communication among patients, doctors, and pharmacists. Everyone can use prescription and over-the-counter medications safely and effectively. Help the people you care about connect and communicate more effectively with their health care providers by offering to help at least three people with Rx Snapshot.
