November is National Family Caregivers Month
To help support the more than 30 million baby boomers who are caregivers to family members, AARP and Borders are hosting "Navigating Family Caregiving" events throughout the country.
"Navigating Family Caregiving" events feature strategies for caregivers, including identifying ways to reduce stress, providing a better understanding of medical treatment plans, suggesting techniques for keeping the home safe for loved ones, and assisting caregivers with managing insurance and financial matters.

Dan Tobin, M.D., a nationally recognized leader and author on caregiving and health counseling will facilitate the "Navigating Family Caregiving" events through AARP planning guides and interactive dialogue at the following Borders Books and Music locations.
