Agency for Workforce Innovation
The Agency for Workforce Innovation is Florida’s lead state workforce agency and directly administers the state’s Labor Market Statistics program, Unemployment Compensation, Early Learning and various workforce development programs.

Florida Attorney General

Florida Patient Safety Corporation
The Florida Patient Safety Corporation was created by the 2004 Florida Legislature under Section 381.0271, Florida Statutes. The purpose of this nonprofit corporation is to continuously improve patient safety in Florida by serving as a learning organization, assisting health care providers in improving the quality and safety of health care and reducing harm to patients, and working with a consortium of patient safety centers and other patient safety programs.

Workforce Florida
A 45-member board appointed by the Governor oversees and monitors the administration of the state’s workforce policy, programs and services carried out by the 24 business-led Regional Workforce Boards and the Agency for Workforce Innovation.
