To celebrate AARP’s 50th Anniversary, AARP is helping members Connect to Fun, with events like the Foreigner concert; Connect to Learn, with the Andrus Innovation Award; and Connect to Change, with initiatives such as Divided We Fail (www.dividedwefail.org).

AARP Connecticut is giving away a pair of tickets to see Foreigner at 8 p.m. on May 30 at the Warner Theatre in Torrington. To be entered into the drawing for a pair of tickets, send an e-mail by May 2, 2008 to aarpct@aarp.org providing your name, phone number, and email address. No purchase or AARP membership is necessary to enter. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Entry is limited to residents of Connecticut only. Approximate retail value of the pair of tickets is $113. AARP Connecticut will notify the winner two weeks prior to the show.
