The Connecticut Senior Games is a multi-sport festival of Olympic-style competition for Connecticut’s senior amateur athletes. Anyone turning 50 in 2008 is eligible to compete in the 2008 Connecticut Senior Games. But if you are younger than 50, you can still participate: 30-39 year-olds and 40-49 year-olds may play in the following sports: 3-on-3 basketball, slow-pitch softball, volleyball and track & field. The Connecticut Senior Games is an open-state festival and welcomes all participants to come to Connecticut to compete.
