Jay Sheth: Senior Policy Advisor, Confederation of British Industry, United Kingdom

Jay Sheth is a Senior Policy Advisor at the CBI where he specialises on pensions policy with responsibility for policy development in this area, Jay's other responsibilities include working on regulatory, labour market and European policy issues. Prior to joining the CBI, Jay worked for the European Commission in the External Relations Directorate on Russian and Ukrainian economic reform. Jay was educated at St Anne's College, Oxford, where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics. He has subsequently completed a Master's degree at the London School of Economics on the transition process in Central and Eastern Europe
