Danielle Harkes

Daniëlle Harkes (1961) has been working for the Aedes-Arcares Expertise Centre for Housing-Care since 2001 In july 2004 she was appointed manager. From 1999 she was employed at the NIZW for the Innovation programme housing and care (IWZ). Before that she was employed at the research- and consultancy agency RIGO and as a project manager of sheltered housing in the municipality Geldermalsen. Daniëlle started her career with ten years of practical experience as a district-nurse.

She has performed several studies in the field of housing and care, such as to the policy and the practice around sheltered housing, integrated service areas and multipurpose centres.
