Excel Template for Collecting Activity Reports (10/08) 
Because the Activity Reporting WEB screens only enable total counts to be submitted, this optional template has been created for use in collecting the site activity reporting information. This optional template has been created in 3 different formats. It is set up to enable EITHER daily counts to be accumulated, or WEEKLY counts to be accumulated. An additional template that enables daily input and calculates weekly totals is also available.
