The love doctor says one of the keys to great sex is to know your own sex style and that of your partner. In other words: know what you like and know what your partner likes, then do your best to satisfy both of your needs.

“People don’t realize that a long-term relationship gets boring,” she says. “You always have to renegotiate…and you have to learn to get to know each other all over again. And there are ways to get to know each other.” Some simple tips to jump start your romance include making time for a date night, dressing to impress even in your own living room and having conversations about things other than the mortgage, the economy and the kids.
