Friendships are some of the most enduring of all relationships - even if it’s a friendship as unlikely as one between a filmmaker and the oldest living survivor of the Holocaust. At over 105-years-old, Eva Ostwalt was the youngest 100+ person that Michael had ever met and she appeared to only grow stronger with age. Not only were doctors amazed with her good health, she lived life as though she was still in her prime. She renewed her driver’s license at age 100 and when she made purchases at the store she was never above asking about the warranty.
