A Caregiver's Plan for Herself

Career, family and a passion for causes that help women and children keep Mary Ann Kellam whirling. Simple things that bring family together are what keep her grounded. She never thought she would enjoy being a grandparent so much.

After losing her mother to Alzheimer’s, she realizes she must think about her only child. Even with five sisters, her mom’s care was taking a toll. She is putting a long-term care plan in place so her son won’t have to manage things alone.
