But when Katherine Freund's young son was struck by a car driven by an elderly man suffering from dementia, she decided to turn personal tragedy into a better quality of life for others. She started ITNAmerica, a non-profit organization that offers door-to-door car service to men and women who no longer feel comfortable behind the wheel of a car.
