Aging and Adult Administration
Aging and Adult Administration provides information and services to seniors within Arizona through Adult Protective Services, Benefits Counseling, Long Term Care Ombudsman, Program Legal Services Assistance, and the Older Workers Program/Title V. BenefitsCheckUp Arizona is a Web-based service that allows individuals to provide basic information to help determine eligibility for financial assistance, prescription drug assistance, in-home services, educational opportunities, volunteer opportunities, health care programs, home energy assistance, and nutrition programs. Individuals may also download applications for many programs.

Eldercare Locator
The Eldercare Locator offers assistance to older adults and their families by providing contact information on state and local area agencies on aging and community-based organizations that provide caregiving programs and services.

Arizona Advance Directive Registry
The Arizona Secretary of State oversees the Arizona Advance Directive Registry and its operation. It is a database for the storage of advance directives (Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney, and Mental Health Power of Attorney) and is available to all Arizona residents.
