A Taste of Bruneian History

Ambuyat (ahm-boo-yacht) isn't the prettiest dish, and the taste is rather bland. The Bruneians of Southeast Asia ate the gooey concoction for survival during World War II. Now, the poor man's dish is a national delicacy. Independent Producer Nancy Greenleese has the story.
