Kristersson believes that national healthcare is a constitutional right. It is a system, which is a mix of public and privatized providers that work together under federal guidelines to provide coverage for all citizens regardless of age.
Although Sweden is a relatively small country, it is doing its best to support a population in which a growing percentage are retiring or entering encore careers. Because of this, there is no longer a fixed retirement age. This allows for a more flexible financial retirement plan that allows older citizens that are able to work as long as possible.
