AARP has fought against age discrimination on behalf of our members and all people age 50-plus since our founding more than a half-century ago. That fight is taking a new turn as the U.S. Senate considers commonsense, bipartisan legislation to reverse a 2009 U.S. Supreme Court decision that made it easier to discriminate against older workers.
