Loe's studies show that having social interaction with young people is a key factor in staying young at heart. Loe’s book, Aging Our Way, is a look into the lives of many that fall into this age range, including Alice Hasting Murphy’s.
Alice is living independently at the age of 94 and was involved with the research of the Aging Our Way study. She says that the most important thing for her is to keep her life fresh by participating in new activities and maintaining a sense of humor. Her goal is not only cope with life, but also fully enjoy and embrace it.
