Rubin "Hurricane" Carter was a fast and powerful middleweight boxer in the 1960s, ranked in the top 10 and nearly taking the title in 1964.
His career was halted by a conviction for murder in 1967. Carter spent almost 20 years in prison, learning the law and trying to reverse his conviction.
A court freed him in 1985, stating that he and his co-defendant had not received a fair trial.
In this video segment, Carter tells Prime Time Radio host Mike Cuthbert that despite the years lost in jail, he wouldn't change one thing about his life. Learn why.
