Here are the rankings, from ‘youngest’ to ‘oldest’
RealAge, a website cofounded by Michael Roizen, M.D., chief wellness officer of the Cleveland Clinic, and internist Keith Roach of Cornell University’s medical school, analyzed health information from the 50 largest U.S. cities to see whether their residents generally are physically younger or older than their chronological age. Healthy lifestyles meant some cities had residents who were physically at least two years younger than their actual age. See how your city — or one you may be considering for retirement — ranks.
