I like to walk, in fact walking is what has really been my lifesaver. My knees
don't hurt, I feel better. I relieve stress by sleeping my 8 hours, I am on Spark people and, I enjoy reading AARP articles. I have a dog who loves to run, so she keeps me going...I try to walk because I feel I might fall on my face running with her - she is a German Pointer who adopted us. She appeared at my front door crying, she lived down two doors in the backyard.
She loves my nice warm house and couch. Treadmill does not work so,
I have to go outdoors. I am really trying to cut the calories to lose weight.
Mom will be 90 Feb. 12th and I want to look and feel my best for her. Praying is also my stress reliever and going to mass every Sunday.
