Wouldn't that be great? Hire someone to take care of the emotional stress? The sibling tensions, old resentments, scripted fights that happen over and over again about the same stuff. The worry. The grief.
I dump that stuff in the therapy office. And into my journal. How do other folks deal with the emotional stress?
I agree dumping at the therapist's offce is a great way to cope. I do this also along with everytime his caregiver is here I plan to go out. It's only about 6 hours a week but what a relief. Sometimes when the emotional stress gets too much I do belong to a 12 step support group and they are very helpful without being judgemental. Mary
