Hi, I'm Mary Anne Nagy and for the past several months I've been learning to market online. I see a lot of opportunity for those of us over fifty to prepare to make long term residual income on the 'Net for years to come --- especially after we retire and if we become homebound.
Unfortunately, for our generation, we didn't grow up using computers when we were 2 years old - there is a learning curve. The twenty-something millionaires seem to get it as easily as breathing. Well, we're the ones who bought them their first computer --- it's time we started using this technology for our own financial well being.
But there are so many scams and money grabbers out there, as well as so much to learn. I'd love to hear from other Fifty plus online entrepreneurs and see how we can help each other out.
You are correct about our generation not knowing as much about using computers, but we have one thing over the current generation - we have much more common sense. I have been on the internet since 1995 and I have spent 100s of hours reading, studying, trying out (and pulling my hair out) to learn internet marketing. To this date, I have had 5 very successful internet businesses. Not only do I design my own websites and maintain them on a daily basis, but I develop my own products and have no overhead. Anyone can make money on the internet. But the secret it is read, study, try out and pull your hair out. I invite anyone to contact me at www.713training.com or through this forum.
