O.K., I trust your opinion so I'll request John Sandford's Dark of the Moon the next time around on my library list.
Life really is short (as this post will be) and reading a book you've little or no interest it is not worth the time.
I hope you like the Sandford book. It doesn't have the same lead character as all the Prey novels. You can probably tell if you're going to like it after a few chapters.
I didn't get much read yesterday...kept falling asleep. I either don't sleep or I sleep too much.
I requested a book yesterday by an author that I haven't read. THE FOUR CORNERS OF NIGHT by Craig Holden. My library has four of his novels. I found him on bookbitch.com. He has another one that the reviewers called brilliant....THE RIVER SORROW that I want to try later. I may have found an author that I can really enjoy.
