Good Morning. Yes, DuBrul books I have read: Vulcan's Forge and River of Ruin. Medusa Stone continues to be interesting. Today is our eating out day. There are 5 to 7 of us that go out to eat once a week or so, family, in-laws,sister, brother, friends. I and my husband joined the group in 1998. Gradually, we have lost spouses. Now, there is only one fellow left in our group. We tease him, "______" and his harem. We catch up on what went on in our week, good, bad, or otherwise. Must sign off. Have to work on my Heritage Book this morning. Erla
I've been off the boards for awhile and I'm trying to get caught up. It's going to take me a day or two. I have an awful lot of messages. I've been pretty busy lately trying to catch up on other things but to no avail. Guess I'll never get entirely caught up. I did get my newspapers up to date this morning. I had to go deliver some flyers for our upcoming neighborhood rummage sale in June and then we had to take my mom-in-law to the doctor. Had a late supper and just got on the computer about an hour ago.
Have you finished with "The Medusa Stone" yet? What is the story about? I started "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas" and should have it finished by tomorrow. It's only 266 pages and the print is very easy to read.
How was your eating out day? It's sad when a group gets smaller. We have a group that meets on the 1st Thursday of every month at a neighborhood bar and restaurant. We all worked together at the same insurance company for many years and then some of us were downsized and later the entire office closed. We too have lost some members along the way.
What is your Heritage book?
Tomorrow is my movie night. My girlfriend and I will go to see "Iron Man".
Have a great week.
