I see you also have Netflix. I enjoy that so very much more than battling the crowds, noise, parking problems, price, etc. to go to the only theaters we have near me -- a 12 plex in a shopping mall.
I like the fact that the new movies are usually out within a few months and I get them quickly (usually -- sometimes the "short waits" become weeks!!). Sometimes there are quite a few movies I'm anxiously awaiting, and sometimes it's a real "stretch" to come up with anything I want to see!! Do you feel the same??
What Gwen Bristow movie are you referring to?
I'm not a big TV watcher but do admit that I faithfully follow some shows. But now that it is summer and even much worse TV, I hope to have more time for reading. However, I always feel obligated to read my e-mail, snail mail, daily newspaper, magazines, etc. before I can "treat" myself to a book, so, with my limited spare time, I usually don't get to the books!! But they are staring at me from most corners of my home!!!!
The Gwen Bristow movie is "Tomorrow is Forever". Yes, I like Netflix. It's very convenient. Sometimes those short waits do turn in to long ones but there are so many movies out there that it doesn't really matter. I get them eventually. Last night I watched "Warm Springs" which was about Franklin Delano Roosevelt. It was very good and starred Kenneth Branaugh, Cynthia Nixon and Kathy Bates. Tonight I'm going to watch "There Will Be Blood". I never have a problem finding a movie. There are so many I want to see. I bet I have about 400 on my list. I'm also a big tv watcher. I read the daily paper and a couple of magazines but prefer books.
Well, I'm going to watch my movie. Talk to you again soon.
