Is it possible to achieve major self improvements after 50? Absolutely! Many people have made huge changes after 50. And I am not talking about retirement, divorce, or moving to a new city, although these things might be apart of mix.I am talking about losing extra weight and getting really fit. I am talking about changing your diet from eating whatever you want to eating only healthy food. I am talking about making personal changes internally from the person you became by default to the person that you’ve always wanted to be. I talking about finally dumping all the unhealthy habits, bad memories, and fears and going after what you truly want.More here: http://www.guruhabits.com/after-50.htmlBrad Paul
I just joined your group after reading your statement. Please look at www.skaterscoach.com. I am a boomer, and have always enjoyed fitness. I had my knees replaced and was bored riding a bike, so I decided to take up inline skating as an outdoor fitness routine. Inline skating is easier than it looks. After many falls, I invented what is now being called Skaters Coach. I invented it for myself, but was asked so many times where people could buy them, I decided to start selling them.
That too seemed easier than it looked. After patent searches and trademarking the name I now hpe to see people of all ages outside skating their way to fitness, with saftey in mind.
This is the first time I am putting it out on AARP that I invented it. I did tell some women in another fitness group about my product, and she went crazy for it.
Please keep writing and encouraging people to stay fit, no matter what their age.
