Hi... Im 67 married and retired,.Im not overweight, do not smoke and only have the occasional drink. No serious problems right now , hopefully this will continue. My problem is I sleep OK but wake up after 7 hours or so feeling very tired and weary. Im fine after an hour or so. I walk a fair bit but do not pursue any particular exercise plan. Is there any supplement that may help, come to that, any suggestions? Thanks.
