My son got into weight training in college and subsequently became certified in training and nutrition. Needless to say he got me back in the gym about 3 years ago. I didn't realize how my body had regressed until I attempted my first bench press after approximately 17 years of declining activity. I struggled with 95 pounds. Depending on my schedule, I try to get in the gym for an hour workout 2-4 times per week. I am also trying to increase my cardio workouts as well.
