It is not esy but I found several ways to do it. cook for 2 and freeze one entree. Do this for 2 weeks and the next 2 weeks only thing you have to do is warm them in the micro. This way you always have a nutritious meal on hand and also be able to save at the grocerie store.
Have any of you tried the new "green" bags? I mean, green in color, not environmentally green. They keep the produce from going bad so fast. My sister gave me a couple of these and they worked very well. Somehow or other, I've lost them but I saw a Longs Drug Store ad in the paper for them and am going to get some more. It would be nice if I didn't let half of what I buy rot in the frig.
